For your convenience and to assist you with the application process, we have provided 2 ways for you to complete a secure, electronic version of the rental application. You can submit your application electronically using our Online Application or download a Printable Application.

- Fill out the application online and submit it electronically directly to our office through a secure site.
- After the application is submitted you will have the option to pay for your application fee using your credit card or automatic withdrawal from you checking or savings account. The application fee is $32 per adult.
- The rental office will contact you regarding the status of your online application. If you have any questions, please contact our toll free number at (877) 883-0803.

- You may fill out the application online and print it.
- You may print the blank application and fill it out by hand.
- After completion, fax or bring the completed application to the rental office.

- Proof of renter's insurance with a minimum of $100,000.00 General Liability is required prior to occupancy, naming Lake Bradford as additional certificate holder, Refer to Residents Guide for additional requirements.
