The Lake Bradford Staff would like to wish everyone a Great Start to the new year!
Lake Bradford is going green! Please join us in our efforts by using the recycling dumpsters throughout the property.

Lake Bradford will be doing preventative maintenance in February. We will be changing the air filters and checking the smoke detectors. A manager's inspection will also be done at this time. Lake Bradford will send out a notice 48 hours in advance.
A Manager's Visit will also be conducted in conjunction with the preventive maintenance.

Hallway carpet will be cleaned during February. Notices will be posted.

RENTERS INSURANCE. All Resident are required to keep Insurance current during tenancy. A renter’s insurance policy includes coverage for personal possessions and a minimum of $100,000.00 General Liability Coverage; that cover damages from Fire, Smoke, Explosion and Water. Your policy must name Lake Bradford Apartments as an “Interested Party” and a copy of this coverage provided to the rental office. Proof of this coverage must be provided at move in and all subsequent lease renewals. You may send a Third Party Insurance form (available in the Rental Office) to your insurance carrier to provide this information to us
