The Leasing Center only accepts small packages, storage in the leasing office very minimal
Lake Bradford is green! Please join us in our efforts by using the recycling dumpsters throughout the property.
The following items are recyclable:
- Newspapers, magazines, cereal boxes, wrapping paper, paper bags, tins cans, etc.
The following are not recyclable:
- Paint cans, plastic bags, wood products, glass bottles, etc.

- You have full access to Waterfords 24 hour fitness center!
- To get a pass just go to their office during office hours!
Car Wash
- The car wash station is now open at Waterford. Please be considerate of others by keeping your music turned down and replacing the hose back on the holder.

RENTERS INSURANCE. All Resident are required to keep Insurance current during tenancy. A renter’s insurance policy includes coverage for personal possessions and a minimum of $100,000.00 General Liability Coverage; that cover damages from Fire, Smoke, Explosion and Water. Your policy must name Lake Bradford Apartments as an “Interested Party” and a copy of this coverage provided to the rental office. Proof of this coverage must be provided at move in and all subsequent lease renewals. You may send a Third Party Insurance form (available in the Rental Office) to your insurance carrier to provide this information to us
